NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 03, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA001175AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein ROUNDPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and ROSEMARY SCHULTE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 902 of Bayshore Village Condominium 1, Phase 5, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 983, Pages 3506 through 3563, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
