NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 30, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CA-000857-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and Bertin Saintus; Unknown Spouse of Bertin Saintus; Nadine Lemene a/k/a Nadine Lenene; Unknown Spouse of Nadine Lemene a/k/a Nadine Lenene; Sand Canyon Corporation f/k/a Option One Mortgage Corporation; Settlers Creek of Central Florida Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, SETTLERS CREEK NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 134, PAGES 16 AND 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
