MAY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LHV 3-4 TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 15TH 1998; KENNETH C. MAY; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1 AS TO UNIT 3 N/K/A PAUL JENKINS are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
