NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2017 in Case No. 2016CA004336000000in the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein PARADISE COUNTRY RIDGE COVE TOWNHOUSES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and PAMELA SIPPIO-CARTWRIGHT, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on June 9, 2017.
