NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 14, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003322000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER J. WEGLEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A part of Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block E, SHORE ACRES, LAKE BONNY ADDITION, LAKELAND, FLORIDA, according to the plat on record in Plat Book 15, Page 8, public record of Polk County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 10, Block E, SHORE ACRES, LAKE BONNY ADDITION, run in a Northwesterly direction along the North Line of Lake Bonny Drive, a distance of 85.0 feet to a point, thence in a Northeasterly direction at an angle of 81 degrees 45' to the left, turned by sighting on said Southeast corner of Lot 10, a distance of 68.5 feet, thence at an angle of 38 degrees 55' to the right for a distance of 66.6 feet, thence at angle of 20 degrees 07' to the right, a distance of 70.0 feet, thence in a Southwesterly direction to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
