NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013, and entered in 09CA00334 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIDELITY FEDERAL BANK AND TRUST is the Plaintiff and EDWARD P. REILLY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD P. REILLY; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,INC; NATIONAL CITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIDELITY FEDERAL BANK AND TRUST are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on June 1, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
