notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001940-0001-XX of the Circuit Court the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Velocity Commercial Capital Loan Trust 2015-1 is the Plaintiff and WINDING CYPRESS MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RSC HOLDINGS, LLC, A DISSOLVED FLORIDA CORPORATION A/K/A RCS HOLDINGS, LLC, A DISSOLVED FLORIDA CORPORATION; and VERONAWALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. the Defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on 3rd floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on 1st day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, VERONAWALK PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 1 THROUGH 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
