Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 13, 2016 by the County Court of PASCO County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida described as:
Lot 53, SABLE RIDGE PHASE 6A1, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 130 through 132 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 22714 Roderick Drive, Land O Lakes, FL 34639; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the PASCO County public auction website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on 30 day of May, 2017 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
