NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 26, 2017, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot No. 34, in tract 114, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY
LANDS, in Section 9, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Commence 30 feet North and 178.36 feet West of the SE corner of Tract 114, run thence North 150 feet, West 79 feet, South 150 feet, East 79 feet to Point of Beginning.
in an online sale to the highest and best bidder on June 5, 2017, beginning at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
