NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit Number “A” of Building Number 3067, of GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER FOUR, according to condominium plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 7-11, and subject to covenants, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in Official Record Book 588, Pages 515-576, all of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4408 Summersun Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on June 1, 2017.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
