NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure IN REM dated April 26, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017CA000031CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and CHERYL J.THERRIEN; ROBERT THERRIEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100055401249422629); RIVER RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; VILLAGES AT RIVER RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; EDGEWATER AT RIVER RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 5th day of June, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure IN REM, to wit:
LOT 138, RIVER RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB, PHASE 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
