NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-003867 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR27, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR27, is Plaintiff and ROBERT I. EISENBERG, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 29th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Parcel F-1, Turtle Rock, Unit 3, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 40, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
