NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002751-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and CHARLES E. EBELL A/K/A CHARLES BELL;SPRINGLEAF FINANCIAL SERVICES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 9th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, AND THE EAST 145 FEET OF LOT 61, BLOCK G, FIRST ADDITION TO BRUCEWOOD, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
