Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida desc1ibed as:
UNIT 128, HERONMERE II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1370, PAGE 1985, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 24, 24A THROUGH 24H, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on June 7, 2017 at 9:00a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
