Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other claimants claiming by, through, under or against Joseph F. Wyble, deceased, Lillian P. Gibson, Ronald J. Lewis, United States of America Internal Revenue Service, and Florida Department of Revenue,
Defendants.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, Desoto Place Park, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, has filed an action against you seeking to terminate a proprietary leasehold interest and evict you from the following property in SARASOTA County, Florida:
Unit #69, Desoto Place Park, a cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 3052, Pages 899 through 954, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
upon which lies the following single-wide mobile home:

and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jonathan P. Whitney, Esq., LUTZ, BOBO, TELFAIR, DUNHAM & GABEL, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
