NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 001430 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS , CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF EILEEN M. DUREN A/K/A EILEEN MAE DUREN, DECEASED; LINDA M. TOTUSHEK; DEBORAH M. LYNCH; CYNTHIA A. NELSON A/K/A CYNTHIA A. ERICKSON A/K/A CINDY ERICKSON; KENNETH E. JACKSON; SHARON M. SIMMS; CARY COVER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VENICE EAST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 1 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 27, VENICE EAST 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 23, 23A AND 23B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
