NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated April 13, 2017, in Case No. 2016 CA 006107 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and VERA S. WILCOX; ROBERT N. WILCOX; THE MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, A FLORIDA NON PROFIT CORPORATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NON PROFIT CORPORATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE MEADOWOOD MANAGEMENT COMPANY, INC., A FLORIDA NON PROFIT CORPORATION; MARY ALCOBER, are the Defendants, the HON.
