NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 2, 2017 in Civil Case No. 58-2010-CA-004788 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2015-1 is Plaintiff and DONNA A. LEGG, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6TH day of June, 2017 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 29, Bahama Heights, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 18 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
