NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 3, 2017 in Civil Case No. 58-2016-CA-002049-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, DOING BUSINESS AS CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAT 2015-14BTT is Plaintiff and DAVID J. JORDAN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7TH day of June, 2017 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST. LESS AND EXCEPT: THE SOUTH 472 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST. LESS AND EXCEPT: THE NORTH 20 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST. LYING AS BEING IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
