NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on August 2, 2017, that certain real property situated in the County of Sarasota, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
