NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure dated March 23, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CA001964 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Gary A. Altiero; Lisa A Altiero a/k/a Lisa Altiero; New Century Mortgage Corporation; Sarasota County Board of County Commissioners; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1; Lisa Altiero; Blank Rome LLP are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 30th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 202 OF SARASOTA GOLF CLUB COLONY SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
