NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 4, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 006925 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and RENE A. SANCHEZ, is Defendant. The clerk KAREN E. RUSHING shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on June 07, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in Sarasota County, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
