NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated May 3rd, 2017 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of February 2015 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002687 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Trust Mortgage, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Raphael E. Nugent, Glenda L. Nugent and Atlantic Credit and Finance, Inc. are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the June 7th, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2616, 52ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 13, 13A AND 13NN, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
