NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 02, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-002471, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD G. BEHRENS A/K/A RICK BEHRENS; WOODBRIDGE AT BONITA GOLF CLUB HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; JACK P. PANKOW AS TRUSTEE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 31, 2017 at 09:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 34, BONITA GOLF CLUB VILLAS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 3 THROUGH 5, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
