Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-3817 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash at beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 5 day of June, 2017 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Parcel One
Lot 14, Block 11, LA COSTA ISLES SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Official Records Book 281, Pages 596-598, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Parcel Two
A tract or parcel of land in Government Lot 2, Section 18, Township 44 South, Range 21 East, Cayo Costa Island, Lee County, Florida which tract or parcel is described as follows:
From the southwest corner of said Government Lot 2 run N 89°41'10” E along the south line of said lot for 359.00 feet; thence run N 00°18'50” W parallel with the west line of said lot for
150.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel
From said Point of Beginning continue N 00°18'50” W parallel with said west line for 105.00 feet to an intersection with the southerly boundary of lands described in Official Record Book 1391 at Page 241 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida;
thence run South 89°41'10” W parallel with the south line of said lot for 95.16 feet to the intersection with the easterly line of Harbor Drive (50 feet wide) as shown on the unrecorded plat of La Costa Isles recorded in Official Record Book 281 at Page 615 of said public records; thence run southerly along the easterly line of said Harbor Drive as shown on said plat, along the arc of a curve to the right of radius 2750.00 feet for 80.00 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence run southeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left of radius 25.00 feet (chord bearing S 45°18'50”E) for 39.27 feet to a point of tangency on the north line of La Costa Drive; thence run N 89°41'10”E along said north line for 69.00 feet to the Point of Beginning
Subject to all easements of record including but not limited to an easement for the existing canal.
