NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment filed in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the method of electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on June 5, 2017, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 300 FEET OF THE SOUTH 600 FEET OF GOVERNMENT LOT 6 IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LYING SOUTH AND EAST OF THE FORMER RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE SEABOARD AIR LINE RAILROAD, SUBJECT TO ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY OF STALEY ROAD, ALL LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
