NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-001928 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, As Trustee For Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust A, is the Plaintiff and Adolfo Ledesma and Celina Ledesma, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 15th day of June, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 734 OF SAN CARLOS ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 557, PAGES 354 THROUGH 355, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
