Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 2 day of May, 2017, and entered in case No. 17-CC-128 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RENAISSANCE (FT. MYERS) CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, RAYMOND GEORGE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND GEORGE N/K/A ALLISON GEORGE, A/K/A ALLYSON GEORGE AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, N/K/A RAYMOND GEORGE, JR., are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1 day of June, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Building No. 2, Unit 212, Renaissance Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Instrument No.: 2005000094005, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
