NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final SUMMARY Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-CA-000416 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit iriand for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and CATHRYN EMORY; THE MOODY RIVER ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; CACH, LLC; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 5 day of June, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, MOODY RIVER ESTATES, UNIT TWO (2), A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGES 14 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
