NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 04,2017 entered in Case No. 16-CA-003889 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Daisy A. Gwyn a/k/a Daisy Gwyn; Golf View Condominium, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the June 5, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 217, PARKING SPACE, 217, OF GOLF VIEW APARTMENTS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 334, PAGE 159, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
