NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure date May 4, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-003091 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN W. NOE, JR. A/K/A JOHN WESLEY NOE, JR., DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST THIRTY FEET AND THE SOUTH THIRTY FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
