NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 16, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-CA-051214 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Susan L. Hollingsworth; Unknown Spouse of Susan L. Hollingsworth; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 27, UNIT 6, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
