NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of May 2017 entered in Case No. 15-CA-051495 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Emigrant Residential, LLC f/k/a EMC, LLC., a Foreign profit company is Plaintiff, and Monica Meo, lryna Stegantsova Williamson, Unknown Spouse of lryna Stegantsova Williamson n/k/a Joseph Williamson, Iryna Realty, LLC, Pinewood South Condominium Association, Inc., John Doe, as Unknown Tenant n/k/a Blaine Bertling and Jane Doe, as Unknown Tenant n/k/a Dona Eckler are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 7 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 806, of PINEWOOD SOUTH, PHASE II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1723, Page(s) 1881, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
