NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 4, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 16CA1716 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 am on 7 day of June, 2017 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
