Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 4 day of May, 2017, and entered in case No. 16-CC-004610 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MEADOWS EDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARY WILSON is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of June, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
