NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 4 day of May, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004002, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ERNIE L. STANLEY A/K/A ERNIE LEE STANLEY AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA SANDRA G. STANLEY A/K/A SANDRA GAIL STANLEY F/K/A SANDRA G. PROFFITT; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 4683, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 70, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 58 TO 87, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
