Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2017, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 26th day of June, 2017, the following described property.
Lot 5, Block A, HAMPTON PARK AT GATEWAY, according to the plat thereof in Plat Book 83, Page 64, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER SALE.
