NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on 24th day of April, 2017, in Civil Action 16-CA-004203 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which PARKWOODS II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and STACEY PLEASANTS is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM on the 26th day of May, 2017, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:

Range 24 East, Lee County Florida, run North 88Ëš57'00” East along the North line of said fraction of Section for 152.52 feet; thence South 1Ëš03'2” East for 61.35 feet; thence South run 88Ëš56'58” West for 77.83 feet to the Point of Beginning.
From said point of beginning, run South 88Ëš 56'58” West for 36.33 feet; thence S 1Ëš03'02” East for 31.00 feet; thence North 88Ëš 56'58” East for 36.33 feet; thence North 1Ëš03'02” West for 31.00 feet to the point of beginning.
