NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2017, and entered in 16-CA-000398 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CHASE FUNDING MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003-6 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, ALMEAD GASPER FOLKES A/K/A ALMEAD G. FOLKES, DECEASED; CELESTINE A. FOLKES; DEBRA LUCILLE FOLKES THOMPSON A/K/A DEBRA L. FOLKES A/K/A DEBRA L. FOLKES; GEORGE ISHMEAL FOLKES, III A/K/A GEORGE ISHMEAL FOLKES A/K/A GEORGE I.
