NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2017 , and entered in Case No. 15-CA-008285 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and SANDRA ALEMAN, ET AL.,, are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of June 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 101, of Golden Estates 1st Addition, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 18, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Street Address: 6506 W Clifton Street, Tampa, FL, 33634.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
