NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28th, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-007890 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, is Plaintiff and SAMER HASAN, UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 24.15 feet of Lot 60 and all of Lot 61, Robson Bros' Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 69, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
