NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 2, 2017, in Case No. 2011-CA-009363 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with Amsouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Richard J. Stone, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on July 20, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, IN BLOCK 1, OF ECHO LAKE ESTATES - PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
