NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 4, 2017 in Civil Case No. 29-2016-CA-011143 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and KATHERINE J. HAYNES AKA KATHERINE HAYNES, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6TH day of June, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 37, Block 1, Trapnell Ridge, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 83, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
