NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-007310 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SPRINGLEAF FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., Plaintiff, and KENNETH AARON HALL A/K/A KENNETH A. HALL; THE ESTATE OF ANNA LEE HALL A/K/A ANNA L. HALL A/K/A ANNA DOBBINS HALL F/K/A ANNA LEE DOBBINS, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST THE ESTATE OF ANNA LEE HALL A/K/A ANNA L. HALL A/K/A ANNA DOBBINS HALL F/K/A ANNA LEE DOBBINS, DECEASED; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

THE EAST 171 FEET OF THE NORTH 331 FEET OF THE WEST 325 FEET OF THE EAST 680 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, LESS THE NORTH 40 FEET RESERVED FOR ROAD AND STREET PURPOSES. SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORD.
