Lot 6, Block 2, SUN CITY CENTER UNIT 32B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 1912 New Bedford Drive, Sun City Center, FL 33573; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the HILLSBOROUGH County public auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on 23rd day of June, 2017.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
