Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Summary Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
That certain 1985 TWIN mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers TW252FK19748A and TW252FK19748B, and located 244 Country Club Drive, Plant City, Florida 33565 in The Meadows at Countrywood
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 16th day of June, 2017. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
