NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-013392 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortage Association, Plaintiff and Ryan D. Maas a/k/a Ryan Maas and Becki R. Maas a/k/a Becki Maas, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 8, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 124, AND THE EAST 16 FEET OF LOT 125, GRAY GABLES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
