NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 08, 2017, and entered in 16-CA-009411 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and ISRAEL SERRANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ISRAEL SERRANO; RUFINA SERRANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUFINA SERRANO are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 06, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 3 AND ALL OF LOT 4, SPRING HEIGHTS REVISED, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE SOUTH OF SAID LOTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
