NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005089-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and DANIEL M. BOLT, ET. AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 9th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Burkhard Replat, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 10, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 926 43rd St. S., Saint Petersburg, FL 33711
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
