NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 28, 2017, in case No. 16-005373-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF SW REMIC TRUST 2015-1, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT M. EMBREY; ANTHONY P. COSENTINO A/K/A ANTHONY COSENTINO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY P. COSENTINO A/K/A ANTHONY COSENTINO; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; AND THE AVALON AT CLEARWATER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
